Makrylies and Lakkoma beaches are located in the southwestern part of the island, 8 kilometers from Kamariotissa.
These are narrow beaches with pebbles and occasionally sand, offering a wonderful view of the islands of Imbros, Lemnos, and Thassos, as well as Mount Athos.
In the area of the beach in front of the Eroessa hotel, umbrellas and sunbeds are available during the tourist season.
The sea is clear and deep, and the area is protected from northern winds, making the sea calmer than in other beaches.

The "Platania" beach, near the village of Lakkoma, is known for the river that flows into the sea. The area often hosts fishermen and the traditional fish tavern "Akroyiali".
